	FRAMING LUMBER Much of our framing comes from the Bavarian Forest of Germany along the Czechoslovakian border. This framing material is cleaner, smoother, and straighter, with less wane (bark on the edges) than just about anything you have ever seen. This allows for faster installation, level floors, and a more plumb wall. This stuff makes good builders look better and gives homeowners a result that cannot be beat. PRIMED TRIM BOARDS To get the finest primed boards, we acquire LIFESPAN from the renewable radiata pine tree farms of New Zealand. This is the best 1x4 thru 1x12 materials we have ever seen. This finger-jointed board is pressure treated, pre-primed and is appropriate for low-maintenance interior and exterior above ground applications. LIFESPAN is environmentally sound meeting the strict environmental, social and economic standards of the FSC certification. TREATED LUMBER In a partnered effort with our treated lumber supplier, we are always looking for and finding ways to improve the appearance, stability and performance of our treated lumber. We do not accept the prevailing standards of quality seen from  others.  We are determined to provide you the best material for your deck or other outdoor project. Our 2x4 and 2x6 treated stock is made by special arrangement with a select group of American southern pine mills capable of providing superb lumber. Most deck surface and rail applications demand these sizes are especially fine wood products. In a recent change, our 1X (usually used with fences) is really looking good.
